jdw
UAB's return to college football is a great story. Glad to see Trent there.
southfresno
If Dilfer has success, he'll take over for Tedford once he retires.

If Dilfer has success at UAB, he’s going to stay in the Southeast. UAB is now in the AAC. A move to Fresno would be lateral at best.

This is what I'm thinking. Tedford has a few more years in him, then when it's time to hang up the headset he'll give Dilfer a call. We will have to see how he does at UAB. Headbutt
And of course, there is this... https://footballscoop.com/news/uab-players-accuse-president-of-not-granting-meeting-want-our-voices-to-be-heard It should be an easy transition. I think that place is going to look like a UNR BOGO sale no matter what they do.

I’m pretty sure Fresno state has no interest in dilfer, he’s a high school coach who hasn’t proved himself on the collegiate level yet. Correct. That’s why the entire premise of the conversation was that if he succeeded at UAB.
