Won by 16.  Were up 21 till garbage time.  I think LMU goes to Reno next.

Lobos have played absolutely terrible so far. To be up, is a really good sign. Clean up the TOs and get some better shot selection and UNM has the better talent.

To be fair. Saint Mary's has also been rancid. UNM beat them at their own game with our best big out because of early foul trouble. But yeah, terrible ball movement and too loose with the ball.

LMU isn't a high level team but they're definitely not "very weak." They're #135 in Ken Pom after getting blown out by CSU...which is higher than UNLV has finished in like 7 of the last 10 seasons.

Using UNLV basketball as a measuring stick for the last decade is laughable. We have nothing to do with LMU being weak. They just are weak and it obvious by just watching. Who would know if not a Rebel fan?

AF is a team that is growing. 2 of 3 seniors played (1hurt), no Juniors on the team. 15 points by seniors, 66 by sophs+frosh in 81-53 over ArkansasPineBluff. 10 blocks. 6 by Fr Green along with 15 pt while Taylor had 16 w 4-/ 3's.

Young team that is improving

One thing they are not is weak. Loyola Marymount is a pretty mature and physical team that sets really solid screens. Wins over Wake Forest and Georgetown. Most recently a blowout win over Bellarmine who were good enough to play Kentucky even for a half. Not a great team but they’ll be mid-pack in the WCC.
