Sure would be nice to be playing LSU in an hour or so, but 6-1 is great with some solid wins in there. This time last year we were 2-4, and only had wins against a D-III school and Eastern Washington. Well, no one knew what to expect from this team when we were were voted preseason to finish 9th with all the unknowns with the new players, but 9th is obviously not going to happen. I’m not superstitious about making statements like that. I think we’ll be in the upper half in the end. Great to see a team doing well and moving in the right direction with such a down year in FB.
