Lot's of wasted reps from spring and fall camp went to a guy who wasn't even going to be here four games in. When you play so poorly against such a program that has pretty much done nothing in their entire history, you know that there is a problem. Avalos was probably backed into a corner that he had no choice but to make a move, which is firing Plough. I don't know what Koetter will do, but I think an internal shake up was necessary in order to make the team better. Now Taylen Green will get his first meaningful snaps since the opener at Oregon State. Sometimes people need a wake up call in order to realize what they need to do.
