Problem is, aside from Air Force, this list is really liquid from week to week. Not a good year.

1. The FCS heavyweights have the MW balls in their purse.

2. C-USA 3-1 against the MW.

Now for the Meh West

3. Air Force rebounded with a solid win.

4. UNLV -. Hello !

5. Wyoming - despite being out-classed by BYU, they played hard and were competitive.

6. Fresno - A bye is just what the Doctor ordered

7. The two Sans - Good wins prevented a MAC-barassment.

8. New Mexico State -1st Conference win since 2017 breaks a 15 game MW losing streak.

Awaiting realignment to the WAC

TIER 1:

-Air Force: Strong win over Nevada

-Fresno State: Here's hoping the Bye week helped them with their injuries.

-Wyoming: Didn't embarrassing themselves against a ranked BYU, still have best Conference win.

-UNLV: Unlike other teams in the MWC they actually have an offense

TIER 2

-SDSU: An ugly win but a win is a win.

-Boise State: Broncos at the lowest they've been since first moving to FBS.

SJSU: Dominated one of the better MAC schools

TIER 3:

-Nevada: Got run over by AF, have Hawaii and CSU the next 2 weeks so I'm thinking they should pick up 2 more wins.

-USU: Around 10+ Turnovers in 2 games for the Aggies, may be time to bench Bonner.

-New Mexico: A not surprising loss in the Bayou, need to find an offense for next week's game at UNLV

TIER 4

-Hawaii: Maybe take the rest of the season to develope as many young guys on the roster as possible.

-CSU: Embarrassing debut season for Norvell, maybe they should be giving Troy Taylor (SAC State HC) a call.

New Mexico: A not surprising loss in the Bayou, need to find an offense for next week's game at UNLV”… Lobos fans are clamoring for coach G to make a change at OC, and make it right now, like BSU did, but the problem is, I don’t think we have anyone in the program that can take over, and make all that much difference!

I’d say bring in Bob Davie.  Run some triple option, possess the ball and eat clock.  Don’t let Davie near the defense.

It won’t matter if Vince Lombardi himself rises from the grave to become your OC this Friday. UNM’s fate is already sealed.

IT IS THE MWCBOARD WAY. THE BEST WAY TO KNOW IF A TEAM IS BETTER THAN WYOMING IS TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THEY LOST TO WYOMING.

Remember that every argument you have with someone on MWCboard is actually the continuation of a different argument they had with someone else also on MWCboard.
