Trump thinks the SCOTUS majority is going to bail him out on this stuff but that isn't going to happen. @Jackrabbit, a simple scenario for you.  With your extensive knowledge of the truth of what really happened on 1/6 and that being a great asset to the committee, let's say you were on the committee for the sake of the truth.

What questions or cross examination points would you ask the witnesses at the hearings that would shed some light on what really happened? Or what other witnesses do you think should have given testimony that weren't involved in the hearings? 

And what would you ask those folks?

I have insecurities / weaknesses too.....here's one big one:

Why do I allow myself to get sucked into irrelevant topics?.   When I bring anything up, it's twisted into being about trump by the folks who are not capable of discussing anything else.

With the multiple DOJ investigations going on against Trump including Mar-a-Lago, 1/6, business and tax fraud and the Georgia investigations it's hard to keep track of what goes where.  There should be a massive flow chart for this somewhere.

Neither you nor I are are allowed to see the truth. 99% of what is see on this board is likely speculation.  

I have asked this several times on here.

Why was only  a very limited amount of video released?

  Is there video of police opening doors for protesters?

Where was the evidence that Trump invited white supremacists, etc to the riot?

What were the exact words that Trump used to incite the riot.

The Capitol police, congress, pentagon fbi were notified of ahead of the riot.  I am pretty sure trump offered the nat guard.  Why did they not react?

Is it true that the police were at 50 % manpower that day?

Did the women protester deserve to die for entering the building, un armed and reportedly just walking. What happened?

Why were the police not properly equipped?

1. What video was left out that would show something different?

2. Why would video of police letting people in even matter? There is plenty of video of mobsters busting windows, beating police up to get into other entrances.

3. Several Proud Boys and or Oath Keepers are on record saying they viewed Trumps tweets as direct calls to action.  When you also look at the timing of the "Hang Mike Pence" chants from the mob, it's directly tied to Trump's tweets about Mike being a failure.

4. I've just seen articles or claims from Hannity(LMAO) and Mark Meadows saying Trump offered the NG before the riot. Do you have anything more concrete from a non douchebag? Even so, this doesn't matter when Trump didn't do shit to stop the riot as it was happening. Big Fail here Jack. 

5. I can't answer why they were only at 50% man power. Do you really think that would have stopped the mob from attacking? They were following orders.

6. Any death is tragic. Including the dead police officers as a result of this riot. This was a war zone, so if the woman killed wanted to be safe, she shouldn't have been down there in the first place. Is it safe to say that if your mob never attacked there would be zero deaths?

The video showed her being 2 or 3 feet above the floor and trying to go through a broken window, not just walking. If someone climbs through a broken window into someone's home or business they should expect to be considered unwelcome and a threat. To me it looked like the same should apply here. A sad situation but she was not just walking through an open door.

This is a picture of Ashli Babbitt wearing her backpack and clearly climbing through the window one second before she was shot. Whatever her thoughts or reason at the moment it should be apparent she should have known she was attempting to enter an area she should not go into.

I don't know how anyone can argue that she was just walking.
