No, we laughed at him both times. First, for his idiocy.  Next, for his excuses that only the most ardent, gullible MAGIdiots would manage to take at face value…

You’re missing the joke

We’re all sitting in the dugout. Thinking we should pitch. How you gonna throw a shutout when all you do is bitch.

Here’s an article that fleshes out the possible penalties or lack there of if the probable cause sticks. And the likelihood of Orange Goo being banned from politics.  Looks like it would come down to constitutional qualifications to be President.

It is very good satire

That’s what I thought. Ripple taking it seriously threw me off. Also it’s hard to satirize the trump defenders when their real arguments aren’t much better.

I have my moments. And then I have my moments…

To be clear, I posted that just before going to bed and after a few glasses of wine. Never a good combo to post or make sound judgments when doing so…

I posted before that 793 (e) appears broader than (d).  This same site linked below, I think, has also speculated on 794 because of who Trump made his National Archives reps.

I’m very interested to see how the Jan 6th investigation plays out. Something needs to keep him from office. Prison time would be gravy but I just want him shut down in politics.

I’m just popping some corn to watch.  I lean to the thoughts in the CNBC article you linked that charges for 1/6 are more likely, but almost anything is possible.

Well, you and I continue to disagree on that, utenation. The longer the GOP leaders continue to support Trump, the more it's going to hurt their party which is fully deserving of it.

Even the remote idea of this man being able to have the keys to be President again is just too dangerous for the country.

As much as I like to see far right leaders makes asses of themselves and trip over their own feet, too risky. IMO
