When I am hobby writing trying to do either of a classic stage drama in 2 or 3 acts Henrik Ibsen style (An Enemy of the People my fave), Horton Foote style (The Trip to Bountiful) or by far the best stage play ever written in modern times...Albee's Who is Afraid of Virginia Woolf.  Writing is a hobby.  It is an emotional struggle.  I tap this.

 

Writing prose 3rd-person describing things is like telling a story.  Trying to pull off a honed, focused script.... putting words in other people's mouths first person all the time and getting their true talking characters right and on point is highly demanding.  

I am taking a shot at it and I want to be published.  Who knows.  It's a hobby.

My daughter introduced me to this group. Sounds like late 80s early 90s butt rock that was popular when I  was young. What is old has become new again.
