CJ has had better offers than Cal. Think they are just happy all-around good dude Plough failed sideways into a decent job.

And silver lining on Dubar - he’s still liking Boise staff tweets. I don’t think he’s for sure gone, but hard for coaches to trust a wavering guy like that. May have found out the hard way that some offers are not commit-able. Colorado has offered 400+ dudes to Boise’s 67. And while he was given a 4*, he doesn’t really have a huge offer list to date.

Dubar had taken down his pinned Boise State tweets. I'd be surprised if he ends up in Boise. CJ is likely 50/50.

Andy alluded in an interview that they already have an OC pick but wont announce until after the bowl game.

The fact that we offered a CU portal guy with 84 career receiving yards makes me think Sanford Jr is the frontrunner.

Wow, I hope that’s not the case. He has been awful, flat out awful, in his last four stops.

He’s my favorite ‘Boise’ guy. I’d prefer Hrlfrich or Frost but those are probably longshots.

Honest question; why? Other than nostalgia, sentimentality, and the fact that he was a former player, he’s been terrible, in his last four stops. I would be extremely disappointed if this was the pick. AA has to hit it out of the park with this one after the Plough debacle. Sanford doesn’t move the needle at all for me. Would be really bummed if he was the guy.

Personnel management (how do you keep guys) and recruiting. No way Dinwiddie (IMO) and others (Hamdan/Moore) are as good at that stuff. He’s what today’s game requires. Very personable and like-able and a good salesman. Plus he’s a pretty good OC.

Just my opinion. Most in Bronco nation disagree and want Dinwiddie for some reason even though Canadien game is apples/oranges.

Fair enough, but those traits take precedence over actual on the field performance for you? Let me put it another way, if we completely remove the fact that he’s a former bronco and looked solely at his record over the last seven or eight years, would he even be in consideration?

This is really bad news.  I remember a few QB's who were 100% on Boise who wavered last minute.

That is huge if it turns out that way. Holani sounds like he's probably leaving for the NFL. Jeanty and Breezy would be a big one/two punch with Noa as the 3rd. Definitely more of a thunder and lightning combo than was Holani and Jeanty.

We just got a transfer safety from Wisconsin. He was a four star recruit from St. John Bosco. Looks like Skinner and Tyrique Jones replacement.

We'll see.  He's been pretty injury plagued and even walked away from football at one point.

2019 - redshirted.

2020 - played in 2 games, 1 int.

2021 - DNP due to injury.

2022 - 7 tackles in 5 games.

He's pretty small (5'-11, 195), maybe projects as a Nickel?

Need all the secondary players we can get though, looking like the team's biggest area of need for next year.

Should be eligible for 3 more seasons.
