What would be more interesting is median home values in big cities and surrounding suburbs where homelessness seems to occur more. As one example, I happen in know median home value in Salt Lake County is much closer to 500k Than the figure here. Get us that info and ill have a fresh dick pic in your inbox within the hour.

There are only two things I can't stand in this world: people who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

I have heard that studies tend to confirm that for metros. But I ain't a demographer. I'm just an mwcboarder. this is as science as you get from me

I think those numbers are a little off in today's market. Or a lot off actually. Especially California.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-10-07/california-s-median-home-price-seen-topping-800-000-in-new-peak

https://managecasa.com/articles/california-housing-market-report/#:~:text=The California statewide median house,%24166%2C000 in the NAPA region.

Idaho and Utah seems way off as well.

https://www.zillow.com/id/home-values/

https://www.noradarealestate.com/blog/salt-lake-city-real-estate/#:~:text=The median sales price of,average annual rate of 5.1%.

Idaho $470,000

"The typical home value of homes in Utah is currently $529,509."
