You do realize that the market changes when a new prez is elected and the respective agenda, not when they take office, right? After the recounts weren’t going anywhere, the market reacted to a certain Biden presidency in December. Every single month of this year, the cost of gas has risen steadily. When is it going to stop? 

Gas was $2.24 in December when it was a certain Biden win. It’s a $1.03 higher….that’s 32%, Gilligan. At the rate it’s going, it’ll be a nearly 40% increase for the year.

He is probably so triggered by Biden that he can't concentrate, hence the seat spray. Honestly it makes more sense than blaming Biden for the gas prices.

If we ever get a single payer health care system the current state of finding employees will only get worse especially with the declining birth rate. This generation only wants to play video games and has Substituted porn in place of sex. 
 

luckily I have Jose that does all my maintenance work for dirt cheap. He only accepts cash. I never give him a 1099 hopefully I can avoid an audit. He does everything I just find the tenants and collect the money. Well I do go over with the sheriff for the eviction of the single moms occasionally. Jose goes over later to change the locks.
