Arizona… currently at 0-4. Perfect for the MWC. Pac12 forum talks about kicking them out, like we talk about kicking out UNLV, UNM, and SJSU. They’d be perfect for the new MWC.

Ohio State looks a little down.  I would wait to make sure they are not a flash in the pan.

AAC is looking for members...

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Anyone who left the WAC is welcome in the MWC. We have all been there.

I think there's some scenarios where Tulsa shakes lose from the AAC after the B12 takes more western AAC schools and we scoop them up. Their other option being a gulf coast oriented conference like the Sun Belt.

Poll is too long.

It had to be long, because so many potential future MWC members are being discussed here and elsewhere.

The findings thus far are very interesting, though:

Most respondents, thus far, tend to think the MWC would be more likely to add existing FBS schools (eg., UTEP, NMSU, Rice, UTSA, North Texas) than FCS-to-FBS schools.  However, three FCS-to-FBS schools do seem to have nearly equal support:  Montana, Montana State, and North Dakota State.

.

It would not be surprising if the Presidents and Boards of MSU and NDSU are monitoring the situation very closely and giving the idea of making the transition to FBS status further thought.  A little encouragement from the MWC could go a long way.

.

Early trends tend to hold up in polls, but it will be interesting to see the final tallies.

.

I hate so see the damage that realignment has started doing to the G5 conferences.  It seems like the best response is to move quickly to replace schools that announce their departure.

YOU CAN VOTE FOR TWO OR MORE SCHOOLS.

You forgot to add classic metal bands because they’re more powerful than any of these super sissies you mentioned. Metallica is more powerful than all of those FCS wussies combined.
