Just USU (who supposedly will likely accept) and Nevada. UNM hasn’t been mentioned at all. So likely they signed alongside the initial schools that agreed to the arrangement Gloria put forth. regarding SJSU. They supposedly also recommitted to the conference. TrueAg
Did the state board screw over UNLV and UNR? Neither seemed like they could make a move even if they wanted to due to the politics involved. Many believed UNLV and USU had basically already told the PAC yes last Friday after they were made the presentation.

I'd assume paying 18 million for a lateral move is what held them back. Especially if they intend on paying Barry Odom soon. 1 Quote All is well, For Rice is gone. Definitely cannot do that if you're forking up 20 million just to keep playing Boise and San Diego State. 2 Quote All is well, For Rice is gone. Both UNLV and USU were offered at the same time. I was just wondering if they were forced to turn the PAC down due to the state board having some control and say about what happens for UNLV and UNR. Perhaps they didn't want to see them in different conferences, despite what many UNLV officials said on the news this weekend. In the end, maybe they just saw value in staying with Nevada and building the MWC. Maybe all this won't even matter by the time 2026 rolls around anyway. I have a feeling we'll all be back together. If the Pac-12 offered to cover our exit fee, we would probably jump at the opportunity.

That gets the conference up to 7 members. UNLV appears to still be evaluating its options, per two sources. The Pac-12 extended an offer to UNLV earlier today." / X

You get 10s of millions for probably playing the same teams anyway while improving your chances of a conference championship.
