However my understanding is that Hawaii does not have a conference vote because they are not a full member but can vote on football matters. But this is my understanding that if MWC has talks about dissolving the conference or inviting schools to the conference, Hawaii doesn't get a vote on that, but if there is a question about football scheduling they can have a vote on that.
