Did I hear a WOOSH?

BSU @ UCF 9/2/21

Recommended Posts

I think UCF and Boise State have very similar offensive capabilities. I think the difference is how well UCF's defense does this year. Last year they ranked around 110th or so in defense so it seems this is the real difference. However, it is hard to make any real definitive statements since 2020 was such a wreck. UCF has recent defensive additions in DE Big Kat Bryant (Auburn .9238), and Safety Divaad Wilson (UGA .9106) who could both end up being wrecking balls.

I think the Bronco Nation already knows UCF is delusional.

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Didn’t watch, but guessing it’s a news segment advising visiting fans that there is no national championship trophy on campus.

Don't worry.  Any traveling BSU fans who want to see actual national championship trophies can check out this place before the game in a few weeks: https://byucougars.com/page/byu-legacy-hall

Who did BYU duck that year in the bowl game to play unranked Michigan?

Don't know.  As the WAC champion, BYU was contractually bound to the Holiday Bowl.

Quote

Heisman Trophy winner Doug Flutie's Boston College Eagles and six others turned down the Holiday Bowl's low $500,000 payout, forcing the Holiday Bowl to settle for unranked Michigan.
