Amash is right. Make the switch.

Had Jo Jorgensen been given a fair opportunity in the debates, our system would be much more fair and much less 'you're either this or you're that.'  Trump is right when he says the media can be a problem.  By limiting Jorgensen's ability to participate in the debates (as well as other candidates), our media essentially tells us that you have to believe this or that in choosing a President.  The overwhelming majority of voters have never even heard of Jorgensen despite the fact that she was a ballot candidate for President in the majority of states.

I personally found many of Jorgensen's positions to be well informed and the better path.

It’s amazing how one can agree with all of this:

And simply say they’re pro-Fed and think AOC is too far left to self-qualify as a “centrist.” Lol

To hell with that noise.  The libertarian party is whackadoo!  There's no money in it and no history of success.  Better off starting a new center right party that doesn't inherit all the libertarian nut job baggage.

There are enough people like Amash and I within the party that can help establish a center-right core.

Is it not the Commission on Presidential Debates run jointly by the GOP and Democratic parties that decides who participates in debates?

By in large major media outlets influence or control the polling which helps decide who gets onto the debate stage.

I say we send the likes of Nebraska's Ben Sasse to petition the Oracle of Omaha into giving his fortune to start a new party to combat the extremes to the left and right.

Fair enough but don't pretend for a second that the established parties want anything to do with a viable third party or indy candidate.  They'll find another way to exclude them if polling doesn't.

I don't. They write that the tax code is "rigged" in favor of corporations. I don't support the corporate income tax.

It's really not talked about.

I would put talking points into tiers

1.  Guns, drugs, abortions, taxes, too much bureaucracy

2.  Property, privacy, prostitution, speech, immigration

3.  Licenses

4 Random other.

1. Personal freedom and responsibility

1A. Less government involvement in every facet of our lives

1B. NSA spying is bad

1C. Pardon Snowden immediately

There are only two things I can't stand in this world: people who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

Seriously, this like the 3rd time you've called me Centrist. Call me what you really think I am;

A liberal, lefty, commie, anti-gun, authoritarian socialist.

When have I called you a commie? I reserve that for a select few.

I had my title as "center-left" and he still had gripes with my self-identification. If I'm not center-left, what am I, @BSUTOP25? A communist?

Screw voting on cult of personality, or group personality.   What are their specifics???   What do they want to acomplish?

What legislative policy proposals are they presenting?

Are they are in favor of more or less government spending?

What is their foreign policy stances?

How will the Libertarians overcome the lawsuits that the GOP files to keep them off the ballots?

(Also, how will the Green Party overcome the Democrats' lawsuits to keep them off the ballots?)
