It’s time for Trump to concede

Yes...unfortunately, the world is watching.

What's German/Spanish/French/Italian/Japanese for facepalm?

This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

GOP governor, a Trump critic, calls for end to president's 'ridiculous challenges' of Biden win

Of note, Hogan's father,  Congressman Lawrence Hogan,  was the first R to ask Prez Nixon to step down. He was the only R who voted to recommend all three House articles of impeachment against President Richard Nixon.

This political family has a history of what is right for the Country. Not the GOP.

I hope Mr. Grumpy never concedes. Right now, he's only about 99.5% of the way to being the being asshat ever to inhabit the White House but failing to acknowledge what by his own words in 2016 would be a landslide defeat would put him over the top. Make America Great Again!

This is the basic contradiction of the idiotic Trump followers.  They want to overturn the will of the people, yet simultaneously wave the American flag.

It looks like Trump may have found the proverbial 'Monkey Wrench' in Michigan.

This is troublesome and could open a huge Pandora's Box which he will seek to exploit

Guy meets with Trump, guy decides to question his own people and not certify, using an illogical request.  Guy says Trump didn't pressure him.

At the very least, he should have known how bad the optics are here.

More bullshit.

According to Republican strategist Charles Spies, who was speaking at the public hearing being held and livestreamed by the Michigan State Board of Canvassers (link), who was arguing that the Republican members of the board had every right to not certify the Michigan vote if they had reason to question the results, "over 70% of A/B precincts [in Wayne County] were out of balance."

What this means is there was a discrepancy between the number of ballots and the number of people on respective voter rolls.

Now, this may very well be the case, as it is common for precincts to be "out of balance." However, the reasons are always benign (e.g., human error), and furthermore, the numbers are negligent.

Quote

According to Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, only 357 votes out of 250,000 votes cast appeared to be out of balance. “The idea that the out of balance precincts reflects any problem with the voting is utter nonsense,” Duggan said in a press conference Wednesday. “It is not any indication of any kind of fraud in the voting process.” It is not uncommon for there to be slight inconsistencies between the number of ballots and the number of voter names in a poll book. Typically these issues are due to human error, according to Tammy Patrick, a former Arizona election official who now works for the Democracy Fund, a foundation that works on voting issues. “That’s not a sign that there’s anything necessarily wrong with the system,” Patrick explained in a call with the AP. “It’s just a sign that elections are conducted by people and for people, and so that kind of interaction with the system is where you can have discrepancies occur.” In the 2016 presidential election, some Detroit precincts were out of balance, and a Michigan Bureau of Elections audit attributed the discrepancies to human errors, not voter fraud.
