this is criminal

despite his hate for all things California, doesn't he realize that there are millions of his own party in that state

what happened to being President for all Americans?

This just in... he changed his mind and approved CA’s disaster declaration. Leave it to Trump to piss off all sides.

maybe because the entire country has been ravished financially dealing with the pandemic.  F_ck him for choosing now to play games.

Um, you’re a very confused young man.

You’re getting the help for the fires mixed up with the help for the pandemic. That’s pretty righteous to whine about Trump playing games and confusing him for Pelosi. Pelosi is the one playing games. Trump has been calling out Pelosi to send up a $1.8 Trillion stimulus package, not an over $2 Trillion bill that she sent up that includes items that have nothing to do with helping Americans hit by the pandemic. She’s tried this on previous bills and didn’t get away with it.

But she mostly doesn’t want to provide a stimulus bill because she feels to payouts to citizens will hurt Trump in the election. Getting a stimulus package done just makes Trump look good and helps his election chances in Pelosi’s delusional mind. Democrats have been nervous about this faulty strategy and they’ve finally called her out on it. Wolf Blitzer works in concert with the DNC, so he went after her pretty hard in this interview. There’s your game player, Chachi.

By the way, Trump just approved the money. I told you so. He was just sending Newsom a message that there’s not an unlimited funding source in DC to bail him out whenever he fvcks things up.

Yet he takes no salary as president and can’t run his company’s to make a lot of money. So he’s definitely  sacrificing quite a bit just to be prez.

Keep on believing that DJT is a great American who loves his country, is a Patriot, and is doing this out of the goodness of his heart.

Its what got you where you are.

We have our share of some pretty bad fires every summer and don’t ask the rest of the country to bail us out. We also don’t carry any debt and have a state surplus of $500M for disasters. That’s what well run states do. California could take a lesson.

Idaho also has what ? 3-4 million people and a much smaller budget and obligations than Cali.

Keep on comparing apples to bananas to make your point though.

He’ll give them their money. He’s just making a point that CA needs to get their shit together. CAL Fire hasn’t been funded nearly enough to fix all the fire hazards. Poor management shouldn’t automatically be rewarded with bailout $. CA voters vote these losers in, so they’re laying in the bed they made for themselves. It also makes you wonder why Newsom thinks they can spend like drunken sailors on their crazy entitlements such as offering medical insurance to all illegal aliens. Trump doesn’t want to fund these crazy entitlements indirectly with bailouts.

How is it that when Fed lands burn it is the States fault ?

Its the job of the feds to rake up the FED lands. Not the job of the states.

But keep on blaming Cali for Fed failure. Its a rabbit hole you keep going down for your Prez.

Some states are making better decisions and dealing with it far better than others.

Like Texas ?

How about Florida ?

Or every Red State that took a cue from Der Fuerher and liberated themselves from Dem policy ?

Tell me how well Superspreader events and gatherings are reducing infection rates.

Trump

Nixon

Reagan

Those 3 have almost 75x the amount of criminal indictments  in their administration as do every Democratic administration combined. 317 for those 3.

Go big or go home !

I just love how Trumpistan believes every assertion coming from the mouths of their leadership. Guys like Doug Jones, Glenn Beck, Hannity, etc. They make crazy wild ass assertions and Trumpistan literally falls all over each other to tune up the echo chamber.

Nobody said Aaron Burr? He murdered Alexander Hamilton! He conspired with Britain, then Spain, and the General of the Army to steal half the country! One great musical and your character gets rehabilitated. We should all be so lucky.

I’m not saying Hamilton didn’t have it coming, but it’s still murder. And that’s not even the worst thing he did!

Two consenting adults dueling is not murder!

It’s still premeditated murder, it was just socially acceptable murder. Also, are we sure we don’t want some gladiatorial aspect to how we select the President? I can think of some cons, but there are some pros to it too.

They’re about to shut schools down. Numbers are higher now than ever before.

Dude seriously +++++ Hamilton.  He was the one who passed legislation to make dueling illegal after his boy died and was still accepting and challenging people to duels!  The penalty for dueling was a slap on the wrist, not a murder charge, after it was outlawed by Hamilton.

Everything was still legal in New Jersey! You’d know that if you’d watch the movie!

I still posit Burr did nothing wrong and the law was bent to punish him rather than he and his honorable action falling outside the law!

Does Hamilton get the award for worst father (among presidents)? Can’t believe the advice he gave his son Phillip going into that duel.
