78 pitches, let him throw the 7th then Urias.

Nevermind, go to the pen and think about bringing Kershaw back for Game 4 on three days rest.

No way. Let Kershaw eat 8. Urias shouldn’t pitch under any circumstances.

Yep. but Dodgers have options with this lead.

I pull Kershaw just to keep his confidence high maybe.

This is what I love about baseball. There’s always a crazy thing that hasn’t happened in 112 years when everybody stole bases, almost nobody tried to hit it in the air, and the ball was a muddy, glorified hackey sack.

We’re all sitting in the dugout. Thinking we should pitch. How you gonna throw a shutout when all you do is bitch.

So I would have been right (before I changed it), pulled after six. Kershaw should get the win barring a collapse in the final 2 1/2 innings.

Freakin' Trumpanzees calling me during the World Series. That's reason enough right there not to vote for that bloated orange lying clown.

Great defense by LA to get out of the inning. :cheer:

Kershaw only gave up two hits and one run in six full innings tonight. BIG kudos to him!

Also, he had 8 K's and only one walk.

Low enough pitch count that he could go again in game 4 too!. But it seems like short rest has been what has led to his poor playoff record, so we'll see. Definitely can't complain about his performance tonight!

I’ll never understand why big leaguers don’t push the ball to the other side

It started shaky but Kershaw is dealing. Glasnow doing the same.

The shift has changed baseball. It’s reduced batting averages. That and everyone swinging for the fences. You would think guys would occasionally bunt down the third base line to make defenses play them more honest. No one plays small ball anymore.
