Should Biden and Harris win it will assure electing another populist like Trump in 2024.

And then the election of that populist will have the country in chaos again and so that will assure we'll get another placeholder president after that and then it's turtles all the way down.

If Biden loses and the US becomes not just a run-of-the-mill cluster**** like it now is but a MAJOR one as four more years of Mr. Grumpy will create, in 2024 the populism will come from the left with tens of millions of pissed off young people coming out of the woodwork to make our next president not a "socialist" like some of you rightwingers disingenuously call Biden, but an actual socialist who tries her damnedest to dramatically change our economic system.

I’ve pretty much think that is a certainty in the next ten years given the indoctrination of the young in our school system. By then I’ll likely be dead and won’t have to worry about it.

I don't think so. I think it will prove that it is foolish to cater to the far right group Trump currently pulls in. My guess is the Republican party gravitates a bit closer to the center next time around.

Unrelated question to the election, but do you all think Trump knows how to ride a bike or drive a car? I know this has nothing to do with the adequacy of a presidential candidate, but I'm curious. My gut says no.

I think he could drive a car but not a stick. A bike? Unlikely.

People, not a fan.

Back in 1989 he started the "Tour de Trump" bicycle race. It only lasted 2 years.

In a NBC interview before the first race in 1989, Trump said the last time he rode a bicycle was when he was 7 or 8 years old.
