If there is one huge positive out of this virus, it is not attacking young children. I can’t even imagine the panic by parents if their kids were infected and dying at the same rate as adults.

Doesn’t it seem odd that children aren't affected by this virus? They get the flu all the time. Has anyone heard any explanations why the Cvirus is not affecting children? If we know the answer to that maybe it could help determine a cure for adults.

Young enough for you?

The drug's effectiveness
Due to the recent results, biotech firm CytoDyn believed that its drug leronlimab has an ability to cure patients with coronavirus. The said drug has been tested to only seven critically patients. Fortunately, and two of them are now ventilator-free while two others are showing progress from the inflammation sending their lungs into potential organ failure. With that, the biotech firm is optimistic about the ability of its drug that it can defeat the 'cytokine storm,' a deluge of immune cells that can even be as harmful as the infection itself

The Food and Drug Administration on Sunday issued an emergency use authorization for hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine, decades-old malaria drugs championed by President Donald Trump for coronavirus treatment despite scant evidence.

The agency allowed for the drugs to be "donated to the Strategic National Stockpile to be distributed and prescribed by doctors to hospitalized teen and adult patients with COVID-19, as appropriate, when a clinical trial is not available or feasible," HHS said in a statement, announcing that Sandoz donated 30 million doses of hydroxychloroquine to the stockpile and Bayer donated 1 million doses of chloroquine.

Cool. Nationalism in Europe always ends well.

Planning is an exercise of power, and in a modern state much real power is suffused with boredom. The agents of planning are usually boring; the planning process is boring; the implementation of plans is always boring. In a democracy boredom works for bureaucracies and corporations as smell works for skunk. It keeps danger away. Power does not have to be exercised behind the scenes. It can be open. The audience is asleep. The modern world is forged amidst our inattention.
