Recently tried my hand at a couple noodle soups with the cold weather...  a traditional Vietnamese Pho (made in my pressure cooker) and a Thai Red Curry noodle soup.  Then we have a 3.5” thick Sous Vide Tomahawk Steak and an amazing Asian Salmon dish I make.  And no good dinner is complete without a couple of from scratch pies - pecan (molasses and pure maple syrup not the high fructose corn syrup crap) and peaches and cream.

Wow, everything looks amazing.

Good God... saving the best for last I see. That all looks phenomenal. Well done.

My wife makes phò all the time (and crushes it)... It's so healthy, light, and satisfying.

I hate it when I have to convince people to try Vietnamese. Hands down, it’s my favorite Asian cuisine. Pho, phở xào, vermicelli bun, etc. are phenomenal.

The French influence created a syncretic blend of flavors unique to the continent. I could live off nothing other than Thai and Vietnamese food.

Today was an absolutely beautiful day to use the smoker. I picked up a 3lb tri-tip over at Costco and did a low & slow cook for about 3 hours. I have to say, it came out perfect! My wife gave me a thumbs up seal of approval when she took her first bite.

Carne asada sloppy joes. Make sure you cut the carne asada into small pieces. Make your own sauce or use Bold Manwich. Quick and delicious!! 👍

Pics or it didn't exist, alien amigo. :P

Ditto @ you, retro. ;)

I'm making some potato cheese soup right now for a late lunch. The wife and kids are eating a meal for dinner that I can't eat due to allergies, so I'm getting my own dinner prepped instead. ;)
