It was discovered they had identified 8 different corona viruses that could infect humans from the now famous mine and kept them secret to the world, and that they were indeed studying various methods of gain of function. It is known China refuses to cooperate and is acting like they have something to hide. Because China is ashoe, we will never know with 100% certainty what the truth is. The consensus will be whatever Biden's intelligence officials want the consensus to be - not sure we'll ever know with certainty what happened in China. It still looks like to me that bat-human transmission is more likely than the lab-origin, although that is still a definite possibility. A bioterror weapon purposefully released by China seems like conspiracy theory to start an anti-China sentiment around the world. Why is China still reporting only 4,636 Covid deaths? I hired employees over the years from many universities. Cal is a fantastic university. I've had Cal grads that were great employees and other that weren't good at all. It did seem odd that a Cal grad would support San Jose State. I had the grades to go anywhere. I got accepted to Princeton. But I didn’t have the $$. I ended up fine.
