Let's all acknowledge that some of the information and hype and news and reaction is in all likelihood, somewhat overboard. Let's face it, this is a massive worldwide story and there's money to be made in clicks and ads and all that. A huge portion of the media is always sensational. If that happens too fast we run out of ability to care and the death toll rises significantly.
