SD college baseball is pretty damned good right now.

As it should be imo. Coached HS baseball for 17 years in SD, lots of talent there, and even more to the North in Orange and Riverside counties.

Dane Acker of Oklahoma last weekend pitched a no hitter against the LSU Tigers who will be pitching against San Diego this weekend.

The key for SDSU is scoring runs. Looks like the magic number might be 4 runs. In 11 victories for Oklahoma their opponents scored three runs or less, while in their 3 losses their pitching staff gave up 5 or more runs.

The biggest key is limiting errors.  They are on a bad start of unforced errors that open the flood gates in critical innings.  Oklahoma is already great, no need to help them out.
