Boise State's decimated O-line for 2020

Oh...they must watch high school tape before the draft then?

No, they look at size, arm strength, athlicism, things like that. They don't mind taking an average/below average college QB if he has the intangibles that they feel can be coached up.

So you're admitting that Boise has never produced an athlete with his size, arm strength, athleticism, good looks, or manliness in the history of Boise football?

Josh came to Laramie less than 200 pounds. He left Laramie with an arm bigger than any in Boise history.

I wonder where he lifted weights and under who's guidance.

Natural progression, I bet.

The NFL is famous for drafting below average college qbs: just ask every QB to come out of Boise.

Every contender in the league is foaming at the mouth to see how Boise replaces 8 out of 9 starters on the line and 2 of your back-ups on the defensive line: 10 out of 18 linemen in your 2 deep.

The league title is up for grabs next year.

I have no idea why you keep inaccurately saying that. They lose two back-ups that were SRs, but both of their "Co-" back-ups got more playing time than the SRs did. It's funny that you keep pointing to a position where NT Scale Igiehon would have started for every team in the conference, but just happened to be behind a 24 year old multi-year starting SR. You're looking at one of the least concerning positions on the defense. Scale is a monster.

What year was that? Prepare for this answer to be completely ignored.

2017, and...

... ignore all you want. Remain in your ignorant bliss. Wyoming=5 defensive returning starters. Boise=6 defensive starters. Those are facts. Bury your head in whatever you need to fill your dialogue with.

Lol — Boise State will push your team’s shit in again.

Getting drafted is based on your college results. So far Boise has never produced as high of a draft pick as JA, and you guys don't even require athletes to attend class or take their own exams.

Source? I was in a course with several of the defensive players. They showed up to each lecture. A few of them were always there 20+ minutes early. They took notes, asked questions, etc.

If someone else can't win the MWC championship in 2020, y'all better hang it up. Things only get tougher from there

There is no source, it's just internet jibber jabber. Like Boise's 'roid program and their illegal underground practice facility.

Yep. Depending on who wins the starting positions, Boise will very likely return every player on both lines next year, as well as a probable all conference QB, RB, and WR.

There is no changing-of-the-guard happening. Wyoming better win this season, because it's gunna go back to same ol, same ol after that.

And your prestigious academic standards that Boise is famous for.

I transferred to BSU from another college. For most students, there's not much of a difference between Universities. When it comes to football, what good does it do CSU to be ranked higher on an academic ranking list?

If it makes you feel better, you're welcome. I find it's better not to piss off the crazy person or you might find him peaking through your window one night.

Thanks for confirming that you're a broken record, repeating the same conspiracy over and over again.

Lol.  You are CSUs "badwillhunting/thomas" now.  Congrats, CJ.

You can get into Boise with an ACT score of 7.

Wrong again Cowboy Junky.

University of Wyoming ACT/SAT entrance requirements and acceptance rate:

  • A minimum composite ACT score of 21 or SAT score of 1060
  • The acceptance rate at University of Wyoming is 95%

Boise State University ACT/SAT entrance requirements and acceptance rate:

  • A minimum composite ACT or SAT scoring above the 25th percentile
  • The acceptance rate at Boise State University is 81%

And while nobody will boast about the overall academic reputation of Boise State, the requirements for incoming freshmen are in the same ballpark as Wyoming's as the 25th percentile for the ACT is usually 20-21 and the SAT is above 1000. Where Boise State lacks is in the number of doctoral programs, only offering 11. That will increase over time with Boise's growing population base and more funding.

So a list of career games started by the o-linemen of Boise State for 2020 would be:

1. John Ojukwu - 18 career starts

2. Jake Stetz - 5 career starts

3. Donte Harrington - 4 career starts

4. Garrett Curran & Kekaiokoa Holomalia-Gonzalez - both with 1 career start

Damm.  Given all the injuries we had this year, we will have 2nd and 3rd string guys with that many starts

Boise's line heading into next year, based on prior experience, looks about like ours did heading into this season.
