It looks like a standard letter the last 20 Wyoming transfers used.

I'm not sure TVW can ever be a good starting QB at the FBS level.  That said TVW's skills do not fit the current Cowboy offense.  While he's a mobile QB he's definately not a rushing QB.  And Wyoming's offense is built for the rushing game and a rushing QB.  From the offensive scheme to the WR corp TVW just is not a good fit for this team.  He's a pssing QB in an offense with below average to average WR's and an OC that is incapable to call plays to TVW's potential strengths.  I hope he can catch on somewhere that gives him a better chance for success.

Not having TVW start and throw lots of passes throws a major wrench in my plans to have USU beat Wyo for the third straight year next year. 

There are only two things I can't stand in this world: people who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

Yes.  No information, other than violation of team rules for why he was initially suspended for the AZ Bowl and then dismissed from the team.  This is a significant loss on the D-line as Jackson started 11 games this season replacing injured Holt.  Jackson would have been a senior next season and a strong asset on the D-line as he ranked #2 in tackles and sacks this year.
