Wyoming @ Tulsa

We had our chances to put the game away. Offense just isn’t consistent enough this season.

With all the injuries this game got ugly on offense.  I have to say the defense held tough given all they were asked to do.  Yes the defense gave up the go ahead TD drive to Tulsa late in the 4th but hell they'd been on the field all game long.  The offense shows flashes of what is possible but until they can do it consistently it will be a rollercoaster season for the Cowboys.

Chambers did the fake pass thing just as he was crossing the line of scrimmage there and then just didn't try to tuck the ball away.  It was a preventable fumble but these things happen in college games. He made some spectacular plays as well.  Bohl would have likely gone for FG on 4th down and then who knows what would have happened.  Pokes hurt themselves on not getting anything on 1st and 2nd downs there and had 3rd and 9.
Would have been a great win though and they almost had it.

Wyoming grabs defeat from the jaws of victory.

If you think that, you clearly didn’t watch the game.

Wyoming made an improbable 4th quarter comeback after a string of injuries.  Down 3 and on 3rd down near the goal line, chambers tried to make a hero play and unfortunately fumbled.  With the injuries in the secondary, on the offensive line and at running back...kicking the field goal and winning that game in OT was also a less than likely outcome.

Biggest loss of the year for the Pokes.  Not just scoreboard, but the attrition will bite them in the ass down the road as well and that's what will make it their biggest loss.
