I'm a busy man. I've got things to do.

Planning is an exercise of power, and in a modern state much real power is suffused with boredom. The agents of planning are usually boring; the planning process is boring; the implementation of plans is always boring. In a democracy boredom works for bureaucracies and corporations as smell works for skunk. It keeps danger away. Power does not have to be exercised behind the scenes. It can be open. The audience is asleep. The modern world is forged amidst our inattention.

Friend, I wouldn't expect you to say anything different. We're a good wholesome people in Tulsa, unlike your morally (and financially) bankrupt state of California. Friend, if you would like to talk over a few chicken fried steaks at Gram's, I'm sure Ethel will make it happen!

This sounds so much like blue turd, but know it’s not

I’ve narrowed it to Nevada or UNLV

I have actually spent considerable time in Tulsa.  For those that don't know eastern Oklahoma is much nicer than western or even central Oklahoma.  Larry are the Redbuds still in bloom?

I think it's Skier. He's wily enough to pull this off. Hell, look at the work he's done with the Convert persona.

Slapdad I could see as pulling it off too.
