Sick naming rights deal. Even more $$$ than the LA Stadium.

I can't believe Allegiant has that kind of money to blow.

Man, I got to start me a terrible airline.

Are all the games going to be delayed for 8 hours and then eventually canceled?

It’s like Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago, home of the White Sox.

Mortgage broker that won’t be able to fulfill the term of the naming rights deal because they are crashing (no pun intended).

Highly doubt Allegiant will be the name of the stadium for 20 years. Maybe 5 years and they’ll get out of the deal.

Seen it happen at too many arenas/stadiums.

It's a big amount of $$ for an airline that is a low budget operation

Right?  Maybe they could uh, fix their shitty ass planes and make a better experience for their customers.  One of the worst airlines out there.  I don't care how cheap it is anymore.  I refuse to fly them.

I think I read somewhere that they’ve turned a profit for like 22 straight quarters or something along those lines

Might have because it's a low budget operation - flights delayed & cancelled, labor strife, mechanical issues have been the norm

How much does UNLV get? Or does the money go to the cost of building the stadium?

None.  All goes to the Raiders.  Get used to it and don't say SDSU didn't warn you.  Thankfully we just got rid of our blood-sucking NFL team.

Technically UNLV could still sell the naming rights to their field.

It's actually 50 straight quarters.  Allegiant after tax earnings over the past four quarters were $185mm and sales and marketing spend was $78mm so they are ratcheting up the marketing spend.  At a lower price it might make sense as they have flights from 55 different cities going to Vegas.  Historically, public companies who have paid for naming rights for professional stadiums have not fared well financially after inking the deal...
