Which teams still have open spots/scholarships?

Recommended Posts

Some of the posters over at the Nevada board seem to be freaking out because they feel it's too late in the recruiting process for next year. Checking a few other boards, including some of the top programs in the country, it seem that many/most still have a few open spots. What do you guys think, are your teams already set for next year?

I don't think Boise has any spots left open - but we filled with lots of transfers (lots of redshirting freshman on last years team).

Boise lost two seniors (Haney/Wacker) and forced out three others (Harwell/Dembley/Christon).

They replaced them with:

Kigab (Oregon Transfer) who will be a junior - but won't be eligible until January.

Akot (Arizona Transfer) - still haven't heard if immediately eligible, but presumed he will be with all the Arizona NCAA drama.

Shaver (Portland Transfer) - will have to sit 2019-20.

Arnus (ETSU Transfer) - will have to sit 2019-20.

Raymond Dennis (3*, #62 PG) - the only HS recruit.

If nothing else, Boise will be tremendously deeper. They lose two role players and add six (possibly seven) new players. And most of them are expected to contribute. Abercrombie and Max Hall might be the odd men out, but both are great shooters so they might see some PT.

I also forgot to add Jaycson Bereal to the dismissed from team list. Not sure if that means there is an open spot left, or if one of those dudes was a walk-on.
