Could still come back if he doesn’t get the evaluation he wants

There are only two things I can't stand in this world: people who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

It sure was worded like that wasn't an option. Even if he doesn't make the NBA, he'll likely have a long career over in Europe. It's surprising, I thought he coulda been a possible lottery pick next year.

He's has an NBA ready body, good footwork and soft hands. Not a finished product but he's gone. There were like 20 scouts here in SD watching him. Mensah out played him that night but the potential was obvious.

He is most likely gone, also no word about a new contract extension for Coach Smith, this could be a double disaster for USU.

He may not want an increased buyout.

It's great to have a hot coach. The best way to handle it is to not worry about what you can't control and enjoy the ride while it lasts.

You already know your AD can find you good coaches.  When Smith leaves USU will find a solid replacement.

 That is good advice thanks.

It is. And if you can follow it you've got way more self discipline than I do.

It really sucks when you know in your gut your coach is gone.  Especially when he's the guy that put you back on the map.

not totally surprised, but thought he'd take another year to develop his game.

Yeah, great talent, but still pretty raw offensively. I thought another year would have really increased his stock.

You act like it’s that easy.
