For those of you that think Fresno is shitty, it's Malibu compared to Stockton.

People in the Coachella Valley have been trying to get one in Palm Desert where they have a satellite campus of Cal State San Bernardino.

Palm Desert Campus was being led by Sharon Brown-Welty until she retired last year. She is the wife of former Fresno State President John Welty.

There's a satellite campus of UC Riverside in Palm Desert as well. I think they'll get one or the other (CSU or UC) eventually. The Coachella Valley keeps growing so it's only a matter of time.

The CSUSB Palm Desert Campus has 1,400 students. The UC Riverside satellite campus is much smaller, I believe only a MFA program and some professional certificates.

Yes. My friend lives in La Quinta (real close to Palm Desert) and from what he told me most people in the Coachella Valley think they'll eventually get a new Cal State campus, not a UC campus.

Everything in California is shitty compared to Boise.

When are you, for the first time, going to actually visit another city and see the world? As much as CA has politically and socially been a dysfunctional sewer for a few decades, it does have some amazingly beautiful places that the left wingers haven’t ruined yet, from the ocean to the big mountains.
