Hey at least we have a full record of his crimes.

He’s my guy if he winds up getting the nom, but the right wing conspiracy machine is going to bury him. As rick Wilson said, he’s trump re-election insurance.

Just wait until the Russian propaganda machine gets ahold of him. He’s going to need to appeal to multiple additional crowds that he didn’t in 2016.

plus he’s old and I’m an agist

Bernie and Russia are BFFs though.

Cute you actually think Russia has that much influence in our elections...

As of right now I think Bernie has the best chance to beat Trump.  Obviously the election isn’t tomorrow but if it was he’s the only candidate that beats him in the polls, I believe.

Republicans would hang him with the “S” word.

Biden is the only one leading Trump in polls by any margin larger than the margin of error. Though as I say that, I recall that he's not officially in it.

I saw a fairly recent poll that had every dem leading Trump by at least 7 points.

The Russian propaganda machine was behind him in 2016. It will be against him in the General if he makes it that far.

Hacked or an insider handed them to Wikileaks no one knows because your DNC wouldn't allow anyone to look at their computers.

Plus they had very little effect.  They weren't the reason Trump won.  Everyone knows Hillary is a crook more proof didn't matter.

Remember when 911 was an inside job? Those damn Saudi’s had all the control of the WH that they wanted when W was there. They got W elected because Trump wasn’t available at the time. Lucky for W, the war effort made him rich, sooo rich that he nearly pulled off retiring the capital W in the English language in honor of himself.

Spare me the desperate excuse seeking because your preferred candidate lost in a landslide.  It didn’t have near the impact you wish it did to make yourself feel better about the loss.

If memory serves, the truthers were mostly a conservative bunch.

Pffft, you guys didn't learn a damn thing from the last election.  All the polisci textbooks published prior to this year need to be burned at this fall's homecoming bonfire. Social media is King, no longer will you need a huge money warchest to get started.  There will be at least 16 candidates, the mirror image of Trump +/- a few proclivities will lead the race to the far left edge.  There the mainstream media will congregate, because it will drive ratings. Reasonable middle grounders don't stand a chance, nor do they deserve a chance because they haven't done jack schitt for decades to solve critical issues facing our nation and they put party before our nation's best interest.

It was primarily the mainstream media that got Trump elected by painting all Republicans as racist and women haters the last few elections.  I don't know what all the catalysts will be for the Democrats in 2020, but the more outlandish, the greater the chances of success in securing the Whitehouse.

Trump is going to be close or trailing just about anyone that’s in the race until the campaign begins. When you have a media that’s proven to do negative stories about him 98% of the time, it will take a toll in perception. When the money flies with Trump’s ads going everywhere, and debates, he’ll improve a lot. The big wildcard is if he can at least cut down on stupid gaffes that stagnate or hurt his support. If he has almost no gaffes, he’ll be very tough to beat.

The Democratic presidential candidates are feeling the Bern this morning!

WASHINGTON — Just over 24 hours after announcing his presidential bid, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont has already raised $6 million from more than 225,000 donors, his campaign said Wednesday morning.

That amount far surpasses what any of his rivals have disclosed raising after their own announcements this year.

Remember when I said social justice and intersectionality would be a big issue in the Democratic primary?

Quote

But unlike Sanders, Warren does not have the baggage of the 2016 primary, which will weigh Sanders down and alienate large swaths of the Democratic base. She is a woman, an essential identity trait in a party that is increasingly dominated by people of color and accounts for the votes of half of all white women, who rightly want to see themselves better represented in a party whose leaders have been much older, whiter and more male than actual voters

Quote

But Warren’s primary virtue over Sanders is that she seems to understand the inextricable binds between racial and gender discrimination and the economic injustice that both candidates abhor. She has made statements about the reality of racial discrimination, how it compounds with economic injustice to keep people of color from entering and staying in the middle class.

Why vote for Sanders when you can have Elizabeth Warren instead?

Bernie won't win. He's an old white man.
