2019 Mountain West Conference Softball

Recommended Posts

TRT 4 - Colorado St. 8

USU 5 - UNR 5

UNM 3 - SUDS 1

BSU 1 - UNLV 8

Boise St had bases loaded with two out T7. But UNLV caught them on incorrect lineup change so game over

The Dr Jekyll Mrs Hyde Lobos keep doing what they do. 3 runs in the first, then 14 strikeouts.

From infamous Red Wave wonk, and the very inaptly named "MWCsoftball" Twitter acct:

"Fresno State, for the first time in its softball program’s 38-year history, has lost 4 straight conference series. Linda Garza’s team has 1 win in its last 8 Mountain West games dating back to last season. Garza inherited a program that had gone 32-1 in its previous 33 MWC games."

UNLV took two out of three from Boise State in Las Vegas.

Bronco actually hit the ball really hard in the first game. It's reflected in hit total of nine, but not the score BC UNLV was playing well in the field.

My first impression is UNLV and That Red Team seem to have serious issues with pitching depth.

SJS has played a little sisters of the poor schedule so far, and not looked so impressive at times. The seniors need to kick it up a notch in CP.
