Not a single running play called so they didn't have to guard against that yet receivers were running open all over the field. The Wolf Pack return just two of their seven leading tacklers so that defense could be muy malo this year. I've heard that DC Jeff Casteel is more than pleased with his depth chart. I'm sure he'd prefer not to lose his two most effective defensive linemen or his starting safeties in the same off-season but there is plenty to work with particularly at linebacker. The Defense has steadily improved under Norvell/Casteel and I think they will be effective once again. The secondary had 2 interceptions also. Not saying they’re going to be a good defense but those highlights were Henry throwing to the starters. The spring game was the first team vs everybody else. Several? That's anything more than three so maybe there were four out of dozens of plays. As to the INTs, both were overthrows IIRC. I'm not saying Henry didn't look good. simply pointing out that the unimpressive secondary play isn't going to be representative of what he will face against even the average Molehill West defense. Boom goes the dynamite.

Not sure why you're so insistent on talking about something you know nothing about, but here are the stats from the springs game: StatisticsOffensive LeadersRushingTaua 10-40; Moore 8-29; Booze 8-26; Neal 7-24. PassingSolano 13-17-169; Strong 18-26-195; Henry 16-28-211 ReceivingCooks 9- 173; Christian 8-85; Fossum 6-81; Doubs 4-151; Taua 3-33 Thats at least 33 running plays, you can also see that statistically all of the QBs did pretty well, and Henry had the worst completion pct. As of now I think Solano is the favorite to be the starter on opening day, but it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

It doesn’t tell you where the tackles were made....tackles mostly in your secondary tells you that your front can’t tackle. It also assumes that the tacklers that left last season are of better quality than the ones coming in this year. At some positions, that can typically be far from the truth.
