I’m sure it’s tickets disbursed not butts in the seats. Notice I said disbursed which includes tickets given away.

This.  And most if not all bowls count the school's allotment, sold or not, as sold.

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
