Are all of the Colorado districts gerrymandered to the point that they've been deemed unconstitutional? Because that's what happened in both NC and PA.

Colorado also doesn't appear to be particularly gerrymandered, at least not on the federal level.

The district that was added in 2010 was challenged all the way to the state supreme court. Had it been taken to the us supreme court it would been invalidated. They purposefully selected large Hispanic abd black neighborhoods while excluding neighboring mixed communities so they could lump in the affluent suburbs in the south and nullify their Republican leaning votes.

Wow, that interactive mapping is incredible.

I wonder how the current representation coincides with the overall popular vote?

I think they're commenting on your last line "you're smarter than that". Because, well, he's not. He's retarded.

The little commie does have something like 26 college degrees however. So he has that going for him.

Meh, got my Wisconsin property tax bill yesterday, down about $75, been stable for several years.  Compared to Mexico North, WI has much better schools and roads, probably better across the board.  Not sure about the Foxconn deal though, that seems like a dumb deal.

Jesus... now the Democrats are going to try and do it in New Jersey. +++++ing disgusting.

Quote

Behind closed doors, state lawmakers hatched a plan to entrench their majority in the Legislature by carving up districts along partisan lines. Party leaders figured out how to push through the measure at record speed, short-circuiting rules that require bipartisan buy-in. Now, in the face of widespread opposition, they’ve doubled down, pretending that their scheme merely reflects the will of the voters.
