badfish
http://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/25311477 Tedford and Harsin mentioned as candidates, but that’s probably lazy guesses by ESPN. If Helton gets canned at USC, then things get really interesting.
easybronc
Take Harsin, he kicked Tedford's ass. Harsin is da man and has better hair.

It has to be close for him to have a chance to stay, and even then I'm not sure, he might need to win.
NorthWestCowboy
The Colorado job is going to be a challenge. Would certainly be a significant pay raise for Harsin or Tedford. I'd hate for the MWC to lose either of these coaches.
Nevada Convert
There’s no chance Ted goes anywhere. He’s fat happy and retired at home coaching Ftesno. Harsin would wilt in that job.
Del Scorcho
This article also mentions Matt Wells https://sports.yahoo.com/10-candidates-colorados-coaching-job-urban-meyers-interim-replacement-buffaloes-permanent-solution-185041544.html

It's bad enough to be playing for a .500 season at USC, but losing to a 2-8 UCLA team with a first year head coach is inexcusable.

With all the challenges from 1 year coach contracts to problems recruiting black players/school demographic issues, to incompetent AD’s and Prez, and too many big headed alum living in the past. Threeaces12
Colorado should take Wells remember last year about this time when a bunch of Aggie fans wanted him fired.
Headbutt
I’d be really surprised if Leavitt isn’t the first interview. It’d also be really stupid if he wasn’t.

CV147
Would Colorado go after Harsin after what happened with Hawkins? I don't think so.

Yeah, as a Colorado alum, I wouldn't excited about Harsin.

Me either, I think he would leave for Stanford, ucla, usc, Oregon, or Washington, but I doubt he gets those offers

Colorado deserves another Jon Embree !!!!! Couldn’t afford? Lol. CU has a $100m budget and were paying MAC about 3 million per. He had one good season and the rest were horrible. Money wouldn’t be an issue numbnuts and he wasn’t as good as you’re making him out to be.

nashvillepoke
CU should take an up and coming offensive coordinator, that has put two QBs into the NFL draft as top ten picks. He has an impeccable resume and has a reputation as the Quarter back whisperer. Brent Vigen is most definitely their man. 1

Aslowhiteguy
Lane Kiffin? Matt Wells would be an interesting choice. A good one too. Quote "Don't underestimate Joe Biden's ability to F@*k things up." Barack Obama
