The 4th down try’s early in the game should have been field goals with 6 points on the board for Hawaii. The 2 stupid on-side kicks gave Nevada 10-14 by giving our poor defense a short field to work with. 3 Nevada turnovers to zero for Hawaii should have gave Hawaii the win provided the coaches just played a field position game and took those fields goals on 4th down. Take nothing away from Nevada, they played a good game but Hawaii coaching decisions pretty much handed Nevada the game. I felt like Norvell did that too often in the past. I thought Rolo was careless with his decisions. And Nevada can’t put a team away. Those ticky tack fouls on Nevada cost it two TDs.
