Trump and the Victim Game

Recommended Posts

Brett Kavanaugh, a privileged kid who attended a DC private school and Yale attending (on legacy), who was groomed to become a Supreme Court Justice and succeeded in doing so, is the real victim along with all of you, who are at any moment on the verge of being accused of sexual harassment.  Be afraid.

This is what he does, people.  This is how he makes you feel. This is his main tactic.

Kavanaugh will forever be called a rapist by the people on the left when there is no evidence he did anything wrong. So yeah, he was a victim in this.

No, he’s a confirmed liar and a hyper partisan with deep seated hatred for liberal Americans who’s judicial opinions will forever lack legitimacy but he’s only an accused sexual assaulter.

You're proving his point.

Most victimization ends in becoming one of the most powerful people in the world, at the height of their profession.

Snarkiness aside, Trump is being a wrong asshole, and so were the democrats when they were attacking Kavanaugh. There's no single victim.

Remember that every argument you have with someone on MWCboard is actually the continuation of a different argument they had with someone else also on MWCboard.

As I understand it, he graduated top of his Yale law class, has an impeccable judicial & personal record.  The temperment thing is BS.  He did not lie, the accuser did on numerous claims.  The big claim - no way to know 100%, but highly unlikely nonetheless.

"Kavanaugh did not graduate at the top of his undergraduate class — he finished cum laude — somewhere among the second quarter of the class and below those who graduated magna cum laude and summa cum laude, which NPR's Nina Totenberg reported make up the top 22% of the class."

But hey, there is also little difference between a small $1million loan, and a $400 million+ inheritance.  What matters is the main idea that he is really smart...details like he is #1 or #76 aren't important.

Kavanaugh and Trump exemplify the white privilege that they are so scared to lose.  The road to success is paved so nicely for some, right?

Yeah, he's a SCOTUS justice. He reached his lifetime goal. But would you pay the price he did? What about the price his family paid and will pay for a long time?

Yale law school doesn't rank students #1 or #76 but rather rank them in pools.  Kav graduated law school in the highest pool, I believe.

He had a sucky few months, it is true. I've read enough about powerful people; they all pay a price. I don't know if his family will pay much of one, but time will tell.

How likely is it that Ford made it all up as well?  She's got pretty decent credentials, too.

Yes, Kav may have to pay an unfair price, but that's not the point.

The point is Trump completely turns the entire narrative to be about potentially "falsely accused men" and away from the women who have been dealing with this stuff in actuality and for practically ever.

The narrative always is that Trump, his supporters and sometimes the entire country, are the real victims, in everything.  The media, the FBI, the CIA, leftist plots, China, the EU, Canada, soon to be the IRS, you name it, all successfully victimizing the most powerful people and richest nation the world has ever seen.

Trump said he graduated at the top of his law class. So take that for what it’s worth.

Well the Orange Loon does have like, 19 accusers or so himself.  Perhaps he's just trying to lay the groundwork to mock all abuse survivors.  Deflection is one of his biggest Tools. (yes that was a double entendre)

He'd be a hero to Abusive Assholes of America.

Ford was a privileged kid. A privileged kid who will now demand 6 figure speaking fees and become rich over what is very likely a false allegation.

So what are you crying about?
