This is the only way the building will ever get done. DRF has to hire a new staff and energize this fan base going into the rebranding and rebirth of UNLV Football in our new facilities. That would obviously be negotiated for much less (similiar to Dave Rice) if High School Sanchez wants to have any other sort of job in a High School somewhere that he can cheat at and recruit players while nobody else is allowed to recruit. So figure UNLV likely buys him out for half of what is owed next month and Tony can go pretend to be great at some High School that cheats. He will be removed next month. TKM the last AD at UNLV threw Sanchez a bone on her way out the door which was one of the most disrespectful things to do to a new Athletic Director that would be taking her place. It was extremely unprofessional and showed what a lowlife piece of trailer trash that she really was. To hamstring the person replacing her like that was dirty and proves that she never should have been allowed to be anything more than a mediocre cheerleader coach at UNLV. In Idaho, it needs the approval of of the President and then goes to the State Board of Education for actual approval. Lame duck ADs don't have the power to push through things like that.
