In garbage time (also known as the 2nd half), he threw the ball very few times. He was sacked as many times in the game as he had total TDs in the first half which would be 3. Truly amazing with the Bills line. Do you have the NFL Allen jersey yet? It comes in either Blue or White so it may be tough decision. As much as you follow Allen, however, you probably ought to get one in each color. 172 yards.. lol Ryan Leaf could do better. 2 Quote Disclaimer: Any views or opinions presented by this poster (Warbow) are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the Univesity of Hawaii or it's loyal fans. Amaru523
In the first half, the only half that mattered in this game, Josh Allen was phenomenal, he was doing it all. He showed us today why they traded up to get him.

Yes garbage time passing yards against prevent defenses are fantastic for fantasy football! Too bad they don’t mean anything as far as winning the real games

Yes, most people think that 5.4 yards per pass is "good". bluerules009
In the NFL, if you throw for more than 400 yards in a game you almost always lose. If the QB throws between 200-300 yards with no turnovers they almost always win. http://www.footballperspective.com/400-yard-passing-games-now-come-in-losing-efforts-more-often-than-not/

You don't keep passing much the ball when your up 27-0. You manage the game and run the clock. Bills played exactly how they should have.
jdw
Hey! It was the New Mexico punter who kept them in the game! (Yes, I'm joking, though Bojorquez did have a nice game).

pokebball
https://buffalonews.com/2018/09/24/jim-kubiak-josh-allen-shows-maturity-and-patience-in-leading-bills-to-improbably-victory/ The highlight and perhaps the signature play from the game, however, was Allen’s hurdle over a defender on third-and-10. From a coach's perspective, this dangerous play puts the most valued position, the team leader, in grave danger. If Allen slides, the Bills punt. If he slides, no one on the team or sideline finds any fault because this is basic quarterback protocol. Quarterbacks are taught early on to be smart, to preserve their body, to protect the football, and to always “get down” out of harm’s way. But Allen didn’t slide. Instead, he courageously and instinctively put himself in harm’s way for the team, hurdling the defender as if he were at a track meet. It was a signature play not only for the game but perhaps for Allen as he demonstrated that maybe he is an actual cowboy. It was amazing, risky and exhilarating. 2 1 Quote The World Needs More Cowboys!
