Remember that every argument you have with someone on MWCboard is actually the continuation of a different argument they had with someone else also on MWCboard.

Get outa here with that reasoned talk. This thread is about arguing whether Josh Allen is Peyton Manning 2.0 or whether he is Ryan Leaf. There is clearly no other possibility.

As long as Josh Allen never tells a reporter to knock it off, he won't be Ryan Leaf. Besides, he's already accumulated more playing time in the NFL than two of Hawaii's greatest QBs.

I think Warbow left out a TD and 250 yds from the stats. Nice, Warbow. You also left out the part where he plays for the worst NFL team of this decade. Thanks for shining a light on his respectable performance

When did Allen get traded to the Browns?

“3. Josh Allen’s passing yardage total among the best in franchise history in first career start

Josh Allen and Jim Kelly have been compared to one another on more than a few occasions over the past number of months.

Stylistically, they aren’t all that similar to one another. However, Allen and Kelly are consistently compared to each other because of their role. Kelly, who played for the Bills from 1986-1996, was Buffalo’s last franchise quarterback. Fans hope that Allen, Buffalo’s highest selected quarterback in franchise history, will develop into the team’s next franchise signal-caller.”

Warblow has been wrong on so many levels it’s not even funny. His disdain for Wyoming athletics is actually rather entertaining. I never would have thought a Hawaii guy (???) was that perturbed with Wyoming.

I hope Allen has a better Super Bowl record than Kelly.

Seriously.

It don’t matter because former Hawaii players have the most Super Bowl wins than any team in the MWC.

What do the other 14 Bills fans think?

Oh that's hilarious, the Bills went 18 years in a row without making the playoffs and still sold out every game, there are over 100,000 REGISTERED Bills "Backers", that doesn't include people like myself who aren't registered.  Say what you want, but the Bills have amazing fans.

It don't matter, because like you claim, all NFL talent is equal and only QB play and coaching make any difference. So by your own logic those former Hawaii players didn't do anything to deserve a Super Bowl win

Yes you are correct but it pays to play on the same team as Joe Montana, the real John Elway and Troy Aikman thus proving my point about QB’s and coaches even further. Josh won’t have a QB that will make him better because he’s to busy making everyone around him worst.

LMAO, so now he’s the next Jim Kelly. I bet you can compare the same stats with Ryan Leaf and Jim Drunkenmiller and come up with the same results.
