I ended up getting really sick and I lost more weight hugging the toilet than actual dieting. Now I'm just doing basic weight lifting with HIIT and so far I'm down 8lbs. I've been doing yoga for about 6 years. It is a game changer. Don't bother with that hot yoga shit though, unless you are trying to get laid, in which case start doing it yesterday. I love stuff like this. When I was in college I did a research paper for my Ancient Greek class (I'm now a history teacher) about Greek Olympians and the physical fitness of military units in battle. Ancient Greek slingers and javelinmen (Peltasts) had to be able to run alongside cavalry units at a full gallop and be able to keep pace as part of their training so they could do it on the battlefield.
