One of the many things I miss about Boise, Aztec taco truck behind Dirty Roddy's.

Edit* I gave up beer in 2004, that was easy.

Just use a cyclical Keto diet and cheat on the weekends, foo...

You think I'd stop drinking during football??

Best I've felt in years...

Tried the Keto diet and it didn't work for me. I ended up getting really sick and I lost more weight hugging the toilet than actual dieting. Now I'm just doing basic weight lifting with HIIT and so far I'm down 8lbs.

I'm doing yoga for the first time on Sunday morning, it's going to be hungover yoga until they start offering Saturday morning beginners classes.

The answer is that our ancestors were active hunting and eating animals and fat over the fire...

Most all non-indigenous Africans have Neanderthal DNA.  Our body's aren't designed to operate on +++++ing crackers and beer on the couch all day...

I wonder why this BBC news story has been essentially eliminated on Youtube???

Hmmm....

This...my wife is doing keto.

So I'm doing keto plus beer and the occassional cheat meal every other day or so.  I don't need to lose weight so it's ok.

I've been doing yoga for about 6 years. It is a game changer. Don't bother with that hot yoga shit though, unless you are trying to get laid, in which case start doing it yesterday.

Been doing lazy keto for a while, lost the 10 pounds I wanted to in a couple weeks and now do it for the other benefits like better sleep, more energy, clearer mind.

I love stuff like this. When I was in college I did a research paper for my Ancient Greek class (I'm now a history teacher) about Greek Olympians and the physical fitness of military units in battle. Ancient Greek slingers and javelinmen (Peltasts) had to be able to run alongside cavalry units at a full gallop and be able to keep pace as part of their training so they could do it on the battlefield. These guys would smoke Usain Bolt and not even break a sweat. Sorry to go off topic, but I love reading about this kind of stuff.

Tennessee Honey is made with real honey.  JD doesn't disclose nutritional information, but most of the flavored liquors probably have lots of sugar. Looks like there is 11 grams of sugar per 1.5 oz in Beam's honey one.
