I thought he would, and as a Lakers fan I'm glad he did.

The East is now officially the FCS of the NBA. Boston, best left, couldnt beat the #5 team in the West in a 7 game series.

Yea they could. As could the sixers. Toronto would probably be a playoff team in the West. But after those teams it is awful.

Ha JaVale McGee also signed with the Lakers.

It will be interesting to see if they go for Kawhi or Cousins.

The Warriors/Lakers rivalry will definitely be interesting this year.

Next season the Celtics will roll any team in the West except for the Warriors and Rockets.  They’ll be the second best in the league.

I thought he would, but only if someone else signed first.  I didn't expect LeBron to make the first move.

It's not just JaVale.  Lance Stephenson too, a 1-year deal.

McGee, Stephenson, James, LaVar Ball.  Let the fireworks begin.

So did I, there used to be a lot of talk on LA sports radio about the Lakers trying to sign Chris Paul, but that didn't happen. And as of yesterday, Fred Roggin of KNBC TV in LA said that the Lakers are trying to sign Kawhi Leonard.

Agreed. If Boston gets/stays healthy, they're going to be damn good and will challenge for a title.

Finally, LeBron can get some rest when his team loses in the conference semis!

Philly is going to be good, too.

With the cake walk that they'll have through the  FCS  Eastern Conference, they'd better challenge for a title.

Challenge and lose.

Good, but not good enough to challenge a healthy Boston, IMO.
