BSUTOP25

Gen Y and millennial myn plagued by what I'm coining as the "Subaru-IPA Syndrome"

You have to be kidding me! HA! HA!@ HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!'

That explains a lot about all the girly men on this board and why we have a troll competition of bunny huggers, where the manliest contestant is @4UNLV.

Most of you should be worshipping @ph90702 at least he can get it up.  Even if he has to pay for it.

I may be an old man yelling at clouds but you are all impotent, you have no reason to laugh!  HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA !HA! HA!

Depends what kind of punk music one is referring to.  If it's the garbage ripoff biters that came out in the 90s+newer like Green Day and this +++++ing Fall Out Boy shit recently, then yeah...it really sucks.  I can't get over how bad Green Day sucks a big bag of 90s emo dicks, and yet people think they are great.

If it came from the 70s and early 80s like The Skids, Socail D, Bad Religion, Minor Threat, Descendents....an entirely different story.

I'm referring to the latter. Anything after Dead Kennedys' 1986 magnum opus "Bedtime for Democracy" in my mind is not punk. That was the end of the road. From Iggy and the Stooges up to that. And bands like Circle Jerks, Adolescents, Ramones, NY Dolls, DK, Misfits, etc.

The Green Day/Fall Out Boy shit isn't punk, it's +++++ing cancer.

I'm ancient compared to gen y and millennials. But when it comes to cars I don't care about fads or statements, all I care about is quality. And Subaru makes really good cars! I have a neighbor who had over 260,000 miles on his before he passed it on to his son more than two years ago. I haven't asked him about it lately, but I bet it's still being driven.

I do not own, nor have I ever even driven a Subaru. I also like IPAs, but like I've said in the past, hops for the sake of hops on top of more hops with hops on top is just +++++ing stupid.

Widespread impotence would mitigate overpopulation, which I find reassuring.

No, I do too. And frankly, given what most of Youth Today look and act like, I think mass impotence is a great thing.

Porn addiction is shown to create ED.

Strange the study didn't take that into effect.  Stress and alcohol can cause problems, but the percentage that they're stating leads me to believe it's a porn problem.

Recently? That band was popular over ten years ago.

And it was just as faggy then as it is now.

What’s your music jumping shark line? I can’t stand that rock is basically on its death bed.

Is it me or does every single top 40 hip hop song sound like the other 39? I try to listen and not be that old Dad. I suck at it but I try.

I feel that rock is dead. I think that Grunge was the last hurrah, then it just died off after that. Probably when Limp Bizkit followed by the Emo wave hit, that was when it was truly finally offed.

And as far as Top 40 Hip Hop...I agree completely. It all sounds like shit. Like the same 3 beats used, and the same 3 dudes moaning in monotone. It's +++++ing horrible. Hiphop may as well be dead too IMO.

Not arguing that, but 10-12 years ago is hardly "recent", especially when talking about pop music. That's pretty much an era.

Talib Kweli, NAS, Wu Tang and other greats are still making music and can't even get on the radio.  Meanwhile Lil Pump and Cardi B top charts.

It's +++++ing insane.
