That part is speculation on my part. But why would some non public figure like Broidy, be required to pay that kind of cash to cover up an affair? It doesn’t make any sense.

The campaign financial forms of course.

Michael Cohen sets up Delaware LLC in October 2016 in order to pay off Stormy Daniels. A Putin tied Russian oligarch deposits $500,000 into the bank account of that LLC. That links Trump’s personal lawyer, Russia and hush money payments to at least one Trump mistress.

Thats a pretty +++++ing shiny object.

PS. Mueller questioned the Russian oligarch and seized his cell phone at JFK airport a couple of months ago.

Lol... Daily Caller.

Also, I think it's cute that you're using that article as your way to try and deflect from the real questionable and shady shit. Or are you saying it's all a matter of mistaken identity?

I'm using the multiple independent news agencies that have confirmed it, as well as the companies named that have confirmed it. That being said Avenatti is a successful and well respected trial lawyer... and he's even gotten Trump and Mark Burnett to settle on idea theft lawsuit in the past. That "porn skank's" lawyer is about to take down the lawyer of the President of the United States.

Your dehumanizing bullshit is abhorrent.

Tucker Carlson’s  conspiricy website. Solid sourcing. Even if true, that’s 5k out of a total of four and a half million dollars.

What does this have to do with me?

Really? That's not what the Seattle Times says.

n a complaint submitted to the California State Bar Association — and cc’d to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Seattle — Bellevue attorney David Nold asserts Avenatti carried out an illegal “pump and dump” scheme through his Washington state-registered Tully’s ownership firm, Global Baristas US, LLC.

Nold’s complaint contends that while Avenatti ran the company, he fleeced nearly $6 million in federal and state tax withholdings — money meant to be held in trust for payment of quarterly taxes — from the paychecks of Tully’s employees.

The complaint also claims Avenatti fraudulently transferred $100,000 from the Tully’s operation last year to retain lawyers for his California law firm’s unrelated bankruptcy.

“Michael Avenatti’s actions in connection with Global Baristas US, LLC have caused significant damage to the State of Washington, the federal government and numerous private entities,” according to Nold, who represents Bellevue Square, Ellenos yogurt and other clients who have recently sued the Tully’s firm. “And they implicate his fitness to practice law.”

Who is paying this guy? Daniels says she isn't so who is financing him and where is he getting his info from?

But this release of a “report” by Avenatti also raises the question of where and how did he get this detailed financial information because he didn’t find it on Google. This is the kind of information that would have been known only by the Treasury Department, his banks or by prosecutors, raising some serious questions about what kind of operation Avenatti is running. Is there a team of people digging this up? Are they paying off sources? Is Fusion GPS involved? Are there political donors behind making this campaign work? He can’t be both an attorney and then participate as an officer of the court in trafficking illegally obtained information.

Not sure if you are aware of this but Trump's numbers are going up while the dems are going down. Avenatti isn't going to take him down. No one besides people like you care. Most people are happy the economy is improving, unemployment is down under 4%, 3 American hostages were released from NOKO yesterday and peace may be at hand on the Korean peninsula. Some porn star and her fixer aren't important.

The Seattle Times didn't say anything about his fitness as a lawyer. It does look like he's not a good businessman as it pertains to his coffee business though.

As far as how he's being paid...

My first thought was the coffee business was Mitt Romney style vulture capitalism.

You must have missed this part of what I quoted:

“Michael Avenatti’s actions in connection with Global Baristas US, LLC have caused significant damage to the State of Washington, the federal government and numerous private entities,” according to Nold, who represents Bellevue Square, Ellenos yogurt and other clients who have recently sued the Tully’s firm. “And they implicate his fitness to practice law.”

Interesting he issued that statement today. So Daniels says she isn't paying him and he says she is. Someones lying.

Yep, I did miss that part. It still doesn't change the fact that it's one attorney saying that, and its an attorney that is apparently suing him. It also doesn't change the fact that he's gotten over $1B in judgements and settlements over the course of his career. Now look, I don't think this guy is Jesus or anything even remotely close... he certainly has his flaws, that coffee deal looking like a big one. He also appears to be a highly competent lawyer who has been very successful during his legal career.

As far as how he's getting paid goes... he's been saying from the beginning that he's being paid by his client, and through the legal crowdfunding campaign they have going on. He released the statement after there was a hit piece on that subject on The Hill yesterday.

This is pure speculation on my part, but I'm guessing that he's told her that she won't owe him anything outside of what they're able to raise. The amount of free advertising he's getting right now is priceless, and if he's somehow able to gain a judgement against Cohen/Trump as it relates to the NDA, then his value goes through the roof.

He has been directing people to that crowd funding page for months now.
