Cowboys are peaking at the right time. They've won their last 6 duels by a total score of 211-32, dominating the Big 12 competition ( 37-3, 38-4, 38-4, 26-9, 40-6, 32-6).  Branch has killed it in our program.  Kudos to him and all of the wrestlers.

The Cowboys haven't faced a really competitive team since mid-Jan vs South Dakota State but what I've been impressed with down the stretch watching these duals is all the falls and major decisions they've been racking up.  The boys are wrestling really well.  At 13-3 overall the Cowboys only poor showing was their first dual meet of the season vs #15 Nebraska losing 10-25.  Wyoming had a chance at a couple really good wins losing 15-20 vs #3 Okie State and 18-20 vs #12 South Dakota State.

Coach Branch seems to really like living and coaching at Wyoming but I do worry he's becoming a solid candidate for bigger programs.  I hope UW makes keeping him a priority and that he wants to stay.  Big XII affiliation is important for the future of UW wrestling but coach Branch is even more so.

@Bob -- any complaints about the officiating in these matches? Would be nice to get some AF fan perspective.
